Associate Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage candidates across a variety of roles.
• Build and maintain an active recruitment pipeline using modern sourcing techniques and digital platforms.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring a smooth and timely candidate experience.
• Communicate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide status updates.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate decision-making processes.
• Track recruiting metrics, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement of recruiting processes.
• Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.

Skills

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a US university, preferably obtained within the last 1–2 years.
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in sourcing and recruitment.
• Excellent self-management skills and ability to thrive in a remote, autonomous environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and social media channels.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
• Energetic, persistent, and eager to take on challenges in a fast-paced startup.
