Responsibilities

• Complete and review realistic workflows within Airtable.
• Explore Airtable features and identify common real-world use cases.
• Create and manage bases, tables, views, fields, records, and relationships.
• Configure and work with Airtable automations, forms, interfaces, and relevant integrations.
• Demonstrate practical Airtable workflows for project management, product management, and business operations.
• Identify efficient methods for organizing and managing information within Airtable.
• Document the steps required to complete different Airtable workflows clearly and accurately.
• Evaluate whether workflows and instructions reflect realistic Airtable usage and provide actionable feedback.

Skills

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience using Airtable in a professional setting.
• Experience creating and managing Airtable bases and workflows.
• Familiarity with Airtable automations, views, forms, interfaces, and integrations.
• Experience using Airtable for product management, project management, business operations, or similar workflows.
• Strong understanding of workflow design and data organization.
• Ability to explain processes and workflows clearly and accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort independently exploring Airtable features and completing practical tasks.
